During their regular luncheon meeting on Wednesday, Dec. 10, the 55-Plus Club enjoyed a program of Christmas music with Mike Humphrey and Bailey Barefoot. The pair sang several holiday songs and invited everyone to join in singing several numbers, such as “Silent Night,” “Joy to the World” and more.
The 55 Plus Club meets on the second Wednesday of each month, from September through April, at the United Methodist Center, located approximately five miles north of Madison, on Highway 145 (Colin Kelly Hwy.). The luncheon meetings are free of charge and open to any Madison County resident, 55 years of age or older. The luncheon begins at noon, followed by a different program each month.
