It was serene pastels and bold spring hues, in solid color blocks and eye-catching patterns at the Spring Fling Fashion Show Luncheon and Fundraiser for the Madison Woman’s Club.   The club members decided to do things a little differently this year, and have their own members serve as models. As emcee of the event as well as one of the models, Betty Williams explained that the idea was to have each model visit her favorite store or  stores and put together a “look” for spring that included the outfit, accessories and make-up.  Lex Webb served as the usher and Don Yates did the sound.
A lot of tickets were sold, and every spring-decorated teal, white and green table at the event was filled. Guests enjoyed chicken salad, fruit and ice tea while waiting for the show to begin.
The results were fun-tastically colorful.
