A vehicle overturned numerous times across the entrance ramp of State Road 14 off of Interstate 10 on Saturday, Aug. 23 at 4 p.m. The cause of the crash was tire blowout. According to the Florida Highway Patrol report, Savannah Lynn Spicer, 20, of Orlando, was traveling west on Interstate 10, in the inside lane at around mile marker 251. The left front tire of Spicer’s 1998 Isuzu Rodeo had a blowout. Spicer lost control of the vehicle, causing it to travel northwest across the outside lane and onto the north shoulder. As a result, the vehicle overturned numerous times traveling northwest across the entrance ramp from SR 14. The vehicle then traveled onto the north shoulder and came to final rest on the driver’s side of the vehicle facing east on I-10. Spicer was transported to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital in critical condition. There were no charges pressed against Spicer.
