Poker Run held to raise money for Shriner Hospitals

The Marzuq Shrine Temple was recently host to a motorcycle poker run that started at the Taylor County Sheriff’s Office and ended at Harley Davidson in Tallahassee. The stops along the way included Lafayette County Park, Madison County Sheriff’s Office and the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office. The Madison County Sheriff’s Department personnel and Marzuq Shriners were in great attendance at the Sheriff’s Office, as the bikers rolled into Madison. The bikers were greeted at the sign-in table with bottles of water and home-made cookies. The net proceeds from the poker run, will be used to support the 22 Shriner Hospitals For Children and the 250+ children from this seven county region, who are currently being treated by Shriners Hospitals.
