Madison County Memorial Hospital is inviting community leaders to attend a “Community Health Summit” on Tuesday, December 16 as it works to complete a road map to health for the people of the Madison County area. The purpose of the community meeting, which will be held at North Florida Community College, is to share the results of a comprehensive Community Health Needs Assessment launched by the hospital and to create a plan for improving the health of the community.
