Madison Church of God assists Irma victims

Nancy Taylor: Greene Publishing, Inc.

In the wake of Hurricane Irma, Madison Church of God (MCOG) was blessed to receive three truckloads of items. They received generous amounts of canned food, cleaning supplies, hygiene supplies, diapers, and crates of water.

They also led a team to Jacksonville to help a church that was flooded by Irma. The church lost the carpet in all of its classrooms in their youth and children facility. They needed help cleaning the grounds, removing carpet, and cleaning out rooms so they can begin the process of rebuilding.

Echo Student Ministries, has adopted this youth group to help them rebuild a new youth room that will be conducive to worship.

MCOG youth are currently in talks with the youth pastor there to see what their vision for the future is.
