For the past several years, the faculty and staff at Lee Elementary School (LES) have been participating in the Lee National Denim Day for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. On Friday, Oct. 6, the faculty and staff wore their jeans to school and donated $5 to send to the American Cancer Society (ACS) for Breast Cancer Awareness month.

This year, LES raised $100 to send to ACS. All of the faculty and staff wore special ordered pink shirts to wear every Friday in October. County office officials also participated.
