Humane Society’s Pet Show to be held this weekend

The Suwannee Valley Humane Society would like to invite the public to their 32nd annual Pet Show for Cats and Dogs on Saturday, Nov. 4 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. This event will take place at the Rumph Pavilion in Advent Christian Village at Dowling Park.

The Pet Show is free and open to the public.

During the Pet Show, attendees can register their cats and dogs. Those who do so at 10 a.m. will be eligible for a chance to win ribbons and the “Best in Show” trophy.

The contest will begin at 11 a.m.

Refreshments will be available, and the society will be holding a bake sale. All proceeds will be used toward the on-going operation of the Humane Society.

All pets must be on a leash or in a carrier at all times. Pet owners are solely responsible for the actions of their pets.

Suwannee Valley Humane Society is located at 1156 Bisbee Loop, in Lee. Bisbee Loop is off Hwy. 255 South (south of the interstate).
