Five Arrested On Drug Charges

Madison County Sheriff Ben Stewart reports that on Wednesday, July 30, investigators of the Madison County Sheriff’s Office Drug Task Force served three narcotic search warrants and twelve narcotic arrest warrants as a result of a several month long covert drug distribution investigation. The first search warrant was executed at 783 Byrd Ave. in Madison followed by 1567 East US 90 and 455 NE Delphinium Drive. The search warrants resulted in the recovery of additional marijuana, crack cocaine and currency. The investigation is ongoing and more arrests are pending.
Brandon Octavious McQuay was arrested for two warrants. The two warrants were for possession with intent to sell crack cocaine and sell of crack cocaine. He was also charged with a new charge of possession with intent to sell crack cocaine.
Tommy Lee Turner, Jr., was arrested for four warrants. The warrants were for possession with intent to sell marijuana, sell of marijuana, possession with intent to sell the controlled substance MDMA “Molly,” and sell of the controlled substance MDMA “Molly.” He was also charged with new charges of possession of marijuana over 20 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Dana Bryan Kotowski was arrested for two warrants. The two warrants were for possession with intent to sell the controlled substance Oxycodone and sell of the controlled substance Oxycodone.
Tony Lamar Williams, Jr., was arrested for two warrants. The two warrants were for possession with intent to sell marijuana and the sell of marijuana.
Bernard Leon Frazier was arrested for two warrants. The two warrants were for possession with intent to sell crack cocaine and the sell of crack cocaine. He was also charged with a new charge of possession with intent to sell crack cocaine.
