April 13
The First United Methodist Church of Madison will hold an Easter cantata on Palm Sunday, April 13, during their 11 a.m. worship service. There will be no 8:30 a.m. service that morning. First UMC is located at 348 SW Rutledge Street in Madison. Rev. Bob Laidlaw is the pastor.

April 13
The Lighthouse Children’s Home Choir will perform a gospel concert at Renewed Life Outreach Center in Greenville on Sunday morning, April 13, at 11 a.m. Renewed Life Outreach Center is located at 1376 Grand Street.  A love offering will be accepted for the Lighthouse Children’s Home. A fellowship dinner will immediately follow the service. Everyone is welcome. Rev. Chris Peterson is the pastor.

Beulah Baptist Church invites everyone to attend their Palm Sunday service at 11 a.m., on April 13. Special music, which will emphasize the death of Jesus Christ, is planned. The church is located at 1258 NE Beulah Church Road, east of Lee. All are welcome. Rev. T.J. Santerfeit is the pastor.

Cherry Lake Baptist Church will hold revival services beginning Sunday evening, April 13, at 6 p.m. Rev. Ferrell Morris, pastor of Grace Baptist Church of Valdosta, Ga., will be the guest speaker that evening and special music will be provided by the Grace Baptist Church Music Department. April 14
Rev. Steve McHargue, of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, will be the guest speaker at the Holy Week Service to be held Monday, April 14, at noon at Grace Presbyterian Church, located at 668 North Washington Street in Madison.

April 14
Cherry Lake Baptist Church will hold a revival service Monday evening, April 14, at 7 p.m. Dr, Danny Ray, pastor of the First Baptist Church of Nashville, Ga., will be the guest speaker that evening and music will be provided by Cherry Lake Baptist Church. Everyone is welcome. Dr. Murrell Bennett is the pastor. Cherry Lake Baptist is located at 1308 NW County Road 150 in Cherry Lake.

April 14
Rev. Toney Hill, pastor of Greenville Baptist Church, will bring the message during the Death to Life Holy Week service held Monday evening, April 14, at Hopewell Baptist Church, located at 4730 SW County Road 360 in Madison. Food will be served in the fellowship hall beginning at 6:30 p.m. Service will begin at 7 p.m. Rev. Preston Gainey is the pastor of Hopewell Baptist Church. All are welcome.

April 14
The memorial of Jesus Christ’s death will be observed on Monday, April 14, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, beginning at 7:30 p.m. Everyone is welcome. The Kingdom Hall is located at 1802 Colin Kelly Highway in Madison.

April 15
Bishop Mike Carson, of Dowling Park Church of God, will be the guest speaker for the Holy Week service to be held Tuesday, April 15, at noon at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, located at 221 SW Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive in Madison. Rev. Marcus Hawkins is the church’s pastor. A lunch will be served following the service.

April 15
Cherry Lake Baptist Church will hold a revival service Tuesday evening, April 15, at 7 p.m. Rev. Carlton Allen, from First Baptist Church of Stockton, Ga., will be the guest speaker that evening and music will be provided by Cherry Lake Baptist Church. Everyone is welcome. April 15
Rev. Preston Gainey, pastor of Hopewell Baptist Church, will bring the message during the Death to Life Holy Week service held Tuesday evening, April 15, at  Sirmans Baptist Church, located at 168 SW Sirmans Church Way, just off US 221, south of Greenville, south of Interstate 10, 241 exit. Food will be served in the fellowship hall beginning at 6:30 p.m. Service will begin at 7 p.m. Rev. Jimmy Fletcher is the pastor of Sirmans Baptist Church. All are welcome.

April 16
Rev. Marcus Hawkins, pastor of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church in Madison, will be the guest speaker at the Holy Week service to be held Wednesday, April 16, at noon at the First United Methodist Church, located at 348 SE Rutledge Street in Madison. Rev. Bob Laidlaw is the pastor of the church. A lunch will be served following the service.

April 16
Cherry Lake Baptist Church will hold a revival service Wednesday evening, April 16, at 7 p.m. , Rev. Larry Harris, from Northside Baptist Church in Quitman, Ga.., will be the guest speaker that evening and music will be provided by the Master’s Gospel Singers. Everyone is welcome. April 16
Midway Baptist Church, located on Midway Church Road, will hold their monthly Family Night dinner beginning at 6 p.m. Service will follow at 7 p.m.

April 16
Rev. Jimmy Fletcher, pastor of Sirmans Baptist Church, will bring the message during the Death to Life Holy Week service held Wednesday evening, April 16, at St. John’s Baptist Church, located at 5905 NW Lovett Road, northeast of Greenville. Food will be served in the fellowship hall beginning at 6:30 p.m. Service will begin at 7 p.m. Rev. John Ballard is the pastor of St. John’s Baptist Church. All are welcome.

April 17
Rev. Bryan Phillips, pastor of Faith Baptist Church in Madison, will be the guest speaker at the Holy Week Service to be held Thursday, April 17, at noon at Mt. Zion A.M.E. Church, located at 518 Dade Street in Madison. Rev. Charles Evans is the pastor. A lunch will be served following the service.

April 17
Lee United Methodist Church will host a Maundy Thursday service on Thursday, April 17, from 6-8:30 p.m., in the church’s fellowship hall. “The Immersion Experience” into Christ’s passion will be an evening of fellowship and worship. This will be followed immediately by communion. Everyone is welcome.

April 17
Rev. John Ballard, pastor of St. John’s Baptist Church, will bring the message during the Death to Life Holy Week service held Thursday evening, April 17, at  New Home Baptist  Church, located at 1100 SW Moseley Hall Road in the New Home community. Food will be served in the fellowship hall beginning at 6:30 p.m. Service will begin at 7 p.m. Rev. Benjie Dyal is the pastor of New Home Baptist Church. All are welcome.

April 18
Rev. Bob Laidlaw, pastor of the First United Methodist Church in Madison, will be the guest speaker at the April 18 Good Friday Holy Week service to be held at noon at the First Baptist Church, located at 134 SW Meeting Avenue in Madison. Rev. Gabe Krell is the pastor. A lunch will be served following the service.

April 18
Pine Grove Baptist Church, located at 4084 NE Rocky Ford Road, north of Madison, will hold a Solemn Assembly on Good Friday, April 18, as they end a 40-day fast, praying to see God move in their church. The prayer and worship meeting will begin at 6 p.m. The Solemn Assembly will conclude with a feast of celebration. Rev. Timmy Dyke is the pastor of Pine Grove Baptist. All are welcome to attend.

April 18
Rev. Benjie Dyal, pastor of New Home Baptist Church, will bring the message during the Death to Life Holy Week service held  Friday evening, April 18, at Greenville Baptist Church, located at 1365 West Main Street in Greenville. Food will be served in the fellowship hall beginning at 6:30 p.m. Service will begin at 7 p.m. Rev. Toney Hill is the pastor of  Greenville Baptist Church. All are welcome.
April 20
Easter morning will begin at Beulah Baptist Church with the pastor reading a devotional before an Easter breakfast at 9 a.m. During the worship service at 11 a.m., there will be an Easter program of music, followed by the narrative of the resurrection of Jesus Christ. The church is located at 1258 NE Beulah Church Road, east of Lee. Everyone is welcome. Rev. T.J. Santerfeit is the pastor.

April 20
Bible Deliverance Church will host an Easter egg hunt, followed by dinner in the church fellowship hall after their Easter morning service on Sunday, April 20. Bible Deliverance Church is located at 720 SW Range Avenue in Madison. Rev. Thomas Thigpen is the pastor.

April 20
Faith Baptist Church will host a community Easter sunrise service on Sunday, April 20, at Lake Francis. Everyone is invited to take part in the service. Rev. Bryan Phillips is the pastor of Faith Baptist Church, located at 1155 East US 90 in Madison.

First United Methodist Church of Madison invites everyone to their Easter Sunday service and confirmation service as the youth who have went through the training are confirmed on April 20, beginning at 11 a.m. First UMC is located at 348 SE Rutledge Street in Madison. Hopewell Baptist Church will hold their Easter sunrise service on Easter Sunday at 7 a.m. At the Bailey Pavilion on Sundown Creek Road. This will be followed by an Easter morning breakfast and then the Sunday School and church services. Hopewell Baptist is located at 4730 County Road 360 in Madison County. Rev. Preston Gainey is the pastor. All are welcome.

April 20
Lee First Baptist Church and Lee United Methodist Church will hold a combined Easter Sonrise (Sunrise) Service, beginning at 7 a.m., at Lake Brittany, next to Lee Town Hall in Lee. Rev. Sammy Hiers is the pastor of Lee First Baptist and Rev. Brian Sanderson is the pastor of Lee United Methodist. All are welcome.
April 20
Midway Baptist Church, located on Midway Church Road, will host Easter Sunrise services on Sunday, April 20. This will be followed by a breakfast immediately after. Sunday School will begin at 10 a.m., followed by a cantata and morning worship at 11 a.m. There will be no regular song service during the morning worship service and there will be no evening services. Rev. Jeff Bailey is the pastor. Everyone is welcome.

April 20
Midway Church of God, located at 2485 SE Midway Church Road, will hold their Easter service with Sunday School, beginning at 10 a.m., morning worship at 11 a.m. An Easter egg hunt for the children will immediately follow the morning worship. A fellowship luncheon will follow the egg hunt. Rev. Retis Flowers is the pastor. Everyone is welcome.

April 20
Hickory Grove, Pinetta, Hanson and Rocky Springs United Methodist Churches will come together for an Easter Sunrise Service at the cemetery at Hickory Grove UMC at 7 a.m. A breakfast will follow. This will be followed by an egg hunt for the children, followed by the regular church service. Rev. Tim Blanton is the pastor of Hickory Grove and Pinetta United Methodist Churches. All are welcome.

April 20
Hanson United Methodist Church and Rocky Springs United Methodist Church will hold a combined morning worship service on Easter Sunday at 11 a.m. A lunch will follow. Rev. Michael Halley is the pastor of Hanson and Rocky Springs United Methodist Churches. All are welcome.

April 20
Pine Grove Baptist Church will hold their Easter morning service. Sunday School begins at 10 a.m. Morning worship at 11 a.m. The worship service will feature cantata type music and will be followed by dinner on the grounds. Pine Grove Baptist Church is located at 4084 NE Rocky Ford Road, north of Madison. Rev. Timmy Dyke is the pastor.

April 26
Greenville’s Renewed Life Outreach Center will host a community outreach at Haffye Hays Park in Greenville, beginning at 11 a.m. On Saturday, April 26. Rev. Chris Peterson, pastor of the church, will deliver the message and Desmond Roberson will lead the music. Food will be served to everyone following the service. All are welcome. Renewed Life Outreach Center is located at 1376 SW Grand Street in Greenville.

April 27
Cherry Lake First Baptist Church will be holding their homecoming service beginning at 10:30 a.m. Special music will be provided by New Tradition from Nashville, Ga. The morning message will be delivered by Dr. Tom Studstill from Westside Baptist Church in Adel, Ga. Everyone is welcome. Dr. Murrell Bennett is the pastor. Cherry Lake Baptist is located at 1308 NW County Road 150 in Cherry Lake.
