Four officers at the police department have received promotions. Sergeant Investigator James Roebuck has been promoted to Lieutenant but will still continue with his role as an investigator. According to City Manager Tim Bennett, advertising will begin in December to fill the chief’s position. The position will be advertised both internally within the Madison Police Department and
externally.
