Shirley Clayton Brown, age 79, passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 14, 2016 at the Madison County Memorial Hospital, in Madison. Funeral services were held on Monday, Sept. 19, at the Beggs Funeral Home Chapel at 2 p.m. Visitation was held one hour prior to the service. Interment followed at Evergreen Cemetery. Brown loved spending time with her family and friends. She also greatly enjoyed crocheting. Noah Carl Rushing Jr., age 65, died Wednesday, Aug. 31, 2016, in Tallahassee. Funeral services were held on Thursday, Sept. 8 at 3 p.m., at Hanson United Methodist Church, with burial to follow at Hanson United Methodist Cemetery.
