Ina L. Webb Moore, age 90, died Sunday, April 19 at Southern Living for Seniors in Madison, following a long illness. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 23, at Beggs Funeral Home Madison Chapel with burial at Corinth Cemetery in Lee. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5 – 7 p.m. at Beggs Funeral Home. Michael Day Miklos “Uncle Mike” age 62, died on April 9 from complications following major surgery. He was born on March 17, 1953 in Gainesville, Fl. He was the son of John and Jane Miklos and was born with Down Syndrome. As was common in that era, doctors recommended that Michael be institutionalized in the Sunland Training Center for the Mentally Retarded, but his parents refused and took him home with them. Phillip Gene DeWitt, 69, of Madison, Fl., passed away April 11, at his residence in Cherry Lake, Fl. Phillip was born January 24, 1946 in Pinehurst, N.C., to Gary DeWitt and Ada Pusser DeWitt. Phillip DeWitt was of the Methodist Faith and was a member of Cherry Lake Methodist Church.
