Charles Livingston, 59, went home on Saturday, June 27, 2015. Charles was born in Monticello, but he grew up in Greenville, Fl. He married his wife, Sandra, in 1980, and together they raised their two daughters in Monticello. He was a mechanic for 36 years and an employee of Duke Energy. He was a member of New Zion Primitive Baptist Church in Tallahassee.
