Mr. David Franklin Rutherford, age 79, passed away on Wednesday, April 12, 2017, in Lake City. A memorial service was held at Lee First Baptist Church on Monday, April 17, at 11 a.m. He was born in Lee, where he had lived most of his life. He is survived by: three sons, Joe David (C.
