Madison County Babe Ruth is gearing up for the 2016 baseball and softball season and will be having registration on Saturday, Jan. 30 and Saturday, Feb. 6 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. inside the Madison County Courthouse.
Boys ages four to 15 years old and girls ages four to 16 years old, may try out.
A player participation fee of $60 will provide players with a players jersey emblazoned with the name of one of our awesome sponsors, a fitted MC ball cap (boys) or stylish softball socks (girls) and a trophy at the end of the year to cherish the season forever.
A parent or guardian must register the player; players must be present for sizing as well. There is a registration fee of $60 and the player’s birth certificate (even if you have played in years past) is needed at registration; an original birth certificate will not be kept but a photocopy will be made for records.
Tryouts are scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 20 at 9 a.m. out at the Madison County Recreation Park.
