Raymond LeRoy Swinson, age 88, died Monday at his home.
Funeral service is 2:00 PM Thursday, December 13, 2012, at Beggs Funeral Home Madison Chapel, with burial following at Bethel Creek Cemetery in Lafayette County. Visitation is Wednesday from 5:00-7:00 PM at the chapel.
He was born in Olney, Illinois and lived in Lafayette County. He worked for Buckeye for over 30 years as a machinist and was in the U S. Army Air Corps.
Survivors include 2 Sons; Leroy Swinson and Enoch Swinson (Gail)
1 Daughter; Rebecca Corbin (Darryl)
3 Sisters; Juanita Ezell, Lorene Long, and
Emily Swinson
5 grandchildren 6 Great Grandchildren
He was preceded in death by his wife Dorothy Morgan Swinson.
