Madison County Sheriff Ben Stewart regretfully reports that current Madison County Sheriff’s Office Corrections Officer Sergeant Jesse O. McDaniel died Wednesday morning the 20h day of February 2013. Sergeant McDaniel was 53 years of age.
Sgt. Jesse McDaniel served in the United States Air Force 1978 to 1989 until his honorable discharge with an E-5 Rank. Sgt. McDaniel pursued a career with the Florida Department of Corrections from 1989 to 2003 and was eventually employed with the Madison County Sheriff’s Office from 2005 until his passing.
Sgt. Jesse O. McDaniel is survived by his Mother: Annie Ruth McDaniel, sister: Ella Edwards, brother: Willie McDaniel, and two sons: Jerrod and Jason McDaniel.
Funeral services are as follows:
Viewing: Cooks and Cooper, Friday the 1st day of March 2013 starting at 5:00 PM.
Funeral services: Saturday, the 2nd day of March 2013 starting at 11:00 AM at Pineland Missionary Baptist Church.
