Ella Mae Williams Smith Passes Away
Ella Mae Williams Smith, age 75, died Saturday, November 10, 2012 at Capital Regional Medical Center.
Funeral Services will be at 2 p.m. on Thursday, November 15, 2012 at Beggs Funeral Home, Madison Chapel, with burial at Macedonia Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5-7 p.m. at Beggs Funeral Home.
She was the daughter of the late Ida and Robert Lee Smith Sr., of Baldwin.
She is survived by her husband, Donald Smith, Sr. of Lee; six children: Russell Williams of Lee; Lee Williams of Cherry Lake, Diane Martin of Jennings, Audrey Jones of Royston, Ga., Donald Smith, Jr. of Lee, and Rita Williams of Lee; four sisters: Betty Bowen of Lee, Carol Goodwin of Lake Park, Ga., Eleanor Lux of Jacksonville, and Olanee Thornton of Glen St. Mary; 12 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her late husband, Talmadge Williams; sisters: Joyce Ann Hughes of Jacksonville and Wilmer Padget of Hialeah; and brother: Robert Smith Jr. of Hialeah.
