The main topic of discussion at the Lee Town Council meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 6, was the North Florida Broadband Authority.
The NFBA has been pursuing leasing space on the town’s two water towers for a carrier to install high-speed Internet, which will reach to places not covered by Century Link, the residential phone service provider. The connections are also said to be smoother and more reliable. Read more
