Polls Will Be Open For Tomorrow’s ElectionAug 27th, 2012 | By Submitted | Category: Front Page
As reported on Friday, the Supervisor of Elections office has worked closely over the weekend with the Governor’s office and Emergency Management as Tropical Storm Isaac looms in the Gulf of Mexico.
At this time, it is estimated that our local area may see 3-5 inches of rain. Tropical Storm Isaac will not affect or alter the scheduled wet/dry election. The election will be held tomorrow, August 28th, as planned. All polling sites will be open from 7am – 7pm.
Please contact the Supervisor of Elections office at 973-6507 if you have any questions.
