First Reading on Proposed Ordinance 2012-4 — AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MADISON, FLORIDA RELATING TO APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT OF LESS THAN TEN CONTIGUOUS ACRES OF LAND TO THE OFFICIAL ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY OF MADISON LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, PURSUANT TO AN APPLICATION BY THE PROPERTY OWNERS OF SAID ACREAGE; PROVIDING FOR CHANGING THE ZONING DISTRICT FROM OFFICE, RESIDENTIAL (OR) TO COMMERCIAL, HIGHWAY DISTRICT (C-4) OF CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF MADISON, FLORIDA; PROVIDING SEVERABILITY; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE (City Manager)
