Churches, businesses, community-based organizations, veterans and families are invited to attend the inaugural Greenville Veterans Day program and parade on Friday, Nov. 11.
The event is sponsored by Jefferson County VFW Post 251 and Ladies Auxiliary and hosted by the Greenville Steering Committee.
The downtown parade will begin at 8:15 a.m. This will be followed by breakfast in Haffye Hays Park from 8:45-9:20 a.m. A Veterans Day program will begin at 9:30 a.m.
Go out and support the veterans at the Veterans Day Parade and Program in Greenville.
