Cheerleaders Hosting Fundraiser

Greene Publishing Inc., Photo by Lynette Norris, July 8, 2011 Varsity and junior varsity cheerleaders work quickly in the mid-morning to set up their chicken and rice fundraiser lunch in front of the courthouse. The girls will be selling chicken and rice plates for $6 each today from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., and hope to raise enough money for cheerleading camp this summer. The Madison County High School cheerleaders are selling dinners as a fundraiser to go to camp. The meals are being sold in front of the Courthouse from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. today.
