NFCC begins advising for Fall Term 2013
MADISON, FL – North Florida Community College is now offering academic advising for its 2013 Fall Term. Classes begin August 26. Current NFCC students can begin registering for classes as early as July 8. Open registration starts July 15. A complete schedule of classes is available on the NFCC website at http://www.nfcc.edu/admissions–records.
According to NFCC’s Advising Department, it’s important for all new and current students to meet with an advisor before registering for classes. Advising offers students a thorough review of completed academic coursework and academic progress; review of completed, current, and future coursework relative to academic, transfer and career goals; notification of changes to course schedules, program requirements, transfer requirements, important dates and other information necessary to facilitate timely completion of academic goals; and provides discussion and guidance for academic achievement.
