There was no new commercial construction. Electrical permits were the most issued in February with 24 permits issued and $1,662.01 collected in fees. Mechanical permits were issued 12 times with $858 collected in fees. Buildings permits were issued seven times and $1,032.17 was collected in fees. Roofing permits were issued six times with $504 collected in fees. Other permits such as demolition and pools were issued four times with $473.72 collected in fees. Plumbing and renovation permits were issued three times each with $260 and $207 collected in fees, respectively. There were two residential addition permits issued with $535.60 collected in fees. There were no commercial additions for February. There were two used mobile home and mobile home setup permits issued each with $110 and $767.52 collected in fees, respectively. Two fire safety permits were issued with $77 collected in fees.
